Testimonials

"You taught us everything about running an aluminum business. True we knew about production, but little more than that. You helped us learn not only how to make a win / win deal, but how to become a world class competitor in this business."
Former CEO of a Major Russian Aluminum Company

"From an M&A perspective, he knows just where to focus on due diligence -- the hidden "hot buttons" of potential problems or synergy -- that others can and often do miss.  He is superb at organizing due diligence teams to cover all bases of the project.  He is also second to none in working across cultural boundaries. He is chameleon-like in his adaptation and uncanny ability to comfortably work with internal and client teams around the globe. If I were starting an M&A team especially in certain sectors, Mike would be first on my call list."
Randy E. Phillips, Vice President Corporate Development – CSC Corp.Washington, D. C.

"I have known Dr Mike Mohajery for over 25 years, as a colleague and a coworker. We worked together virtually all over the world. Mike brought to the job a unique combination of technical skills and an ability to establish productive relations with senior management of entities we were dealing with. His ability to establish these relations enabled a robust discussion of potential cooperation with companies and governments that would not have been possible without proper entree. His mastery of M&A process and superb negotiating skills were instrumental in many of our successful deals. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike as either a principal or an advisor in any global transaction."
L. Richard Milner Retired Vice President Corporate Development – Alcoa Inc
